My Experience, My Passion
From an early age, I was always interested in music and dance. Zumba allows me to share my love of both of these all over Brighton and Hove! In 2001 I switched from an art degree to a dance degree and never looked back!
When you come to one of my classes you can expect to be taken on a journey through a variety of styles from more traditional salsas and Latino rhythms - I always try to pick songs that are full of sunshine and make you want to MOVE!
If you have not tried ZUMBA yet then let me tell you ITS A REALL MOOD BOOSTER! I hope I get to meet you soon!

CORONAVIRUS CANCELLATIONS
Hello Everyone -
In light of all the recent advice, I have taken the tough decision to cancel face to face classes until it is safe to gather together again.
I understand how important it is to keep moving so I will be looking into ONLINE streaming as a way to keep you all supple!
